When New Product i.e., App or New module is delivered to the Customer, take care of the following:
CS should be thorough about objective of the new product, what it currently has?, what it doesn't? and what will never get done in the app
Dev Team should orient the CS before the roll out
Dev Team should go for mandatory Testing Documentation for new Apps
CS should do a round of testing like Customer for Familiarity
CS should properly align the Customer with objective of the app
